This website is a static business website. The quotation form prepares an email in your own email application. It does not send information to or store information in a JVAS website database.

Information you choose to send

If you contact JVAS by email or phone, we receive the information you choose to provide. This may include your name, email address, phone number, company information, and details about the service or project you want to discuss.

How information is used

• To reply to questions and quotation requests.
• To assess whether JVAS can provide the requested service.
• To prepare proposals, coordinate work, and provide support when you become a client.
• To meet legal, accounting, or security obligations where applicable.

Website and hosting data

The website does not use advertising trackers or a website account system. The hosting provider may keep standard technical logs such as IP address, browser type, requested page, and access time for security and service operation.

Sharing and retention

JVAS does not sell personal information. Information may be shared only with service providers needed to operate the business, when required by law, or with your permission. Contact and client records are kept only as long as needed for the purpose they were collected, legal obligations, or legitimate business records.

Your privacy rights

You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information held by JVAS, subject to applicable legal and recordkeeping requirements. The Philippines Data Privacy Act of 2012 and guidance from the National Privacy Commission may provide additional rights.
